Euro MP wants a ban on bans
The Netherlands needs to introduce a ban on banning things, says Toine Manders, a member of the European parliament for the Liberals (VVD) in the Telegraaf.
‘A burka ban, a ban on the e-cigarette, talk of banning fireworks and round fish bowls… too much is being banned in the Netherlands, he tells the paper. ‘It hinders innovation.’
