Researchers at Rotterdam’s Erasmus university are working on a vaccine which they expect to eradicate asthma within 15 years, reports Tuesday’s Telegraaf.

The new vaccine will immediately repress all inflammation of the lungs which can lead to asthma.
Immunologist Bart Lambrecht, who is leading the research, told the paper a lot more research is required but ‘we are well on the way’.
