Managers have voted Royal Dutch Shell the most female-friendly company in the Netherlands, according to research by TNS Nipo and due for publication on Friday in Management Team magazine.
TNS Nipo questioned 549 men and 547 women in Dutch business and government.
Shell was overall winner, followed by Philips and KPN. Male managers see Philips as the most female-friendly company, with female managers opting for Rabobank.
The managers were also asked to name the most impressive top female. FNV union boss Agnes Jongerius came first.
