House prices fell 0.9% in November compared with October, according to new figures from the national statistics office CBS and the land registry office. Year on year, prices are up 1%.
Prices have fallen most sharply in Zeeland and Groningen, with a decline of 3% and 2% respectively.
The number of houses changing hands was down 30% compared with October.
