Extend metro to Amstelveen, say councils
The Noord-Zuid metro which is currently being dug through Amsterdam should be extended to the suburb of Amstelveen, the city council and 15 other local councils say.
The line will end at the station Amsterdam Zuid when the project is completed in several years time.
