Steep fall in house prices
Nearly 10% of houses for sale in the Netherlands have seen their asking price fall sharply in the past four weeks, according to the Miljoenhuizen website.
Of the 143,000 houses listed, 14,000 cut prices by up to 18%. Houses costing €300,000 and over are particularly at risk.
