Fortis is to release an interim financial report on November 19, the financial services group announced after the stock market closed on Friday.

The group had earlier cancelled the publication of its third quarter results.
Fortis said earlier it has undergone a ‘complete metamorphosis’ as a result of the credit crisis.
The Dutch government bought up all Fortis’ banking and insurance activities in the Netherlands last month, including the ABN Amro bank. Virtually all of its other operations have been taken over by BNP Paribas.
