Cut poor performers’ pay, says union boss
Workers who do a poor job should have their wages cut by between 5% and 10%, Jacques Teuwen, head of the white collar union De Unie, is quoted as saying in Friday’s AD.
The traditional automatic annual pay rise has had its day, says Teuwen in an interview with the paper.
