Amsterdam’s Ajax are now second after securing a 2-0 away win at FC Twente on Saturday. In third place are NAC Breda, who beat FC Groningen 1-0 at home, at the weekend.
PSV of Eindhoven are one point away from the three top teams after a 2-0 home victory over Willem II of Tilburg on Saturday.
Meanwhile, Rotterdam’s Feyenoord moved out of the relegation zone on Sunday after thumping four goals past Roda JC in Kerkrade.
