Aegon to cut costs by €150m

Insurance company Aegon plans to cut costs at its main foreign operations by a total of €150m, the company said in a statement on Monday. The plans will be outlined at a meeting for investors in London.


Last month Aegon was given €3bn from the Dutch government’s €20bn bail-out scheme for financial companies hit by the credit crisis.
