Tax pressure falls fastest in Holland

Tax pressure fell faster in the Netherlands last year than in any other member of the OECD group of industrialised countries, the Paris-based organisation is quoted as saying in the Financieele Dagblad.


Last year, the government reeled in taxes equivalent to 38% of gross domestic product, compared with 39.3% the previous year.
