Postal firm TNT lowers expectations
Postal company TNT said on Thursday it is lowering its full year forecasts because of a sharp downturn in the performance of its European express division.
The number of packages for express delivery was down 10% in the first two weeks of October, and growth in economy express deliveries was not as strong as last year, TNT said. The company will publish third quarter figures on October 27.
