More aid money for Zimbabwe

The Netherlands has reserved extra cash for emergency aid to Zimbabwe where half of the population are expected to be without food or medicines shortly, said foreign affairs minister Maxime Verhagen in parliament on Thursday.

Aid organisations are warning that the outbreak of cholera in the country’s capital of Harare could lead to a humanitarian disaster, reports ANP news agency.
