Maastricht mayor wants drugs summit
The mayor of Maastricht Gerd Leers has called for a national summit on Dutch drugs policy following the decision of two border towns to close down cannabis cafes because of the problems caused by drugs tourists.
Leers said the shut down will simply move the problems elsewhere.
