KLM ‘terrorists’ released without charge
Two men arrested on a KLM plane in Germany bound for Amsterdam last month have been released from custody because there is not enough evidence that they were planning terrorist attacks, the Telegraaf reports.
But the two are under continued investigation, the German public prosecution department said.
A lawyer for one of the men, Omar D, who is a student in Enschede, said the suicide note his client is alleged to have written was actually a love letter.
