Holland breaks 112 emergency rules
The Netherlands is not complying with European rules for emergency service telephone calls, reports Friday’s NRC.
According to the European court of justice, the Dutch do not make the location of the ‘112’ caller available to the emergency services although they voted in favour of this measure in 2003.
