Financial crisis will delay Zuidas plans
The current worldwide financial crisis will delay Amsterdam’s plans for a multi-billion euro extension to the Zuidas business park, Elco Brinkman, chairman of the project group, told local tv station AT5.
The private sector, mostly banks, is supposed to fund 60% of the project. The financing was due to be finalised by next month.
