Fewer illegal workers in catering
Labour inspectors found illegal immigrants working in 20% of the 2,000 cafés, restaurants and snack bars they visited last year.
A few years ago, the figure was closer to 30%, reports broadcaster NOS. In total, inspectors handed out 375 fines, totalling €2.7m.
