Dutch doubles take table tennis title
The Dutch women’s table tennis team have won the country’s first ever gold medal at the European Championships in St Petersburg. The Dutch team beat Hungary 3-0 in the finale.
However, the Telegraaf reports that Holland’s leading player Li Jiao (35) is leaving the competition without defending her singles title because of exhaustion.
