Child assaulted in museum toilets

The victim of a serious sexual assault which led to 2,500 visitors to the airforce museum in Soesterberg being locked in the building was a five-year-old boy, police said on Monday.

The doors to the museum were sealed for several hours on Sunday after what police said was a serious incident in the museum toilets.
All visitors had to give their names and addresses to police before being allowed to leave.
News agency ANP said it is not clear if they will have to give DNA samples.
