KLM under fire over New Zealand tickets

Hundreds of angry New Zealanders have complained to the country’s commerce commission after airline Dutch airline KLM cancelled bargain plane tickets to Europe, according to the New Zealand media.


The fares, for as little as NZ$50 one-way excluding taxes, were advertised on KLM’s website last week.
But passengers who booked the flights were told later that the fares were a mistake and their payment would be refunded.
