Inspectors close 7 hospital operating rooms
The health inspectorate has closed down seven operating theatres in hospitals in Lelystad and Emmeloord because the air in the rooms is not sufficiently sterile, report various media on Thursday.
The situation poses a risk of infection to patients and is ‘irresponsible and unsafe’ health inspectors are quoted a saying.
