Holland spends less than OECD on education

Spending on education in the Netherlands is lower than the average in other members of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).


Dutch expenditure on schooling was 5.1% of gross national product in 2005 while the OECD average was 5.8%, according to the organisation’s latest report.
