Eindhoven control under age drinkers
Police in Eindhoven are to carry out two major control campaigns on under-age drinkers, the Telegraaf reports on Thursday.
Teenagers heading to popular nightlife spots will be stopped and questioned about their drinking behaviour.
However, the paper points out that those under 16 cannot be forced to undergo a breathalyser unless they are riding a bike.
