Cartel body looks at car insurance
The anti-cartel body NMa is looking into possible breaches of competition law involving car insurers, the Financieele Dagblad reports on Wednesday.
In particular, the NMa is looking at restrictions on motorists’ rights to choose their own garage or repair shop, following a ‘large number’ of complaints.
