Aegon is to cut the cost of its investment-related products by an extra €140m, ANP news agency reports.


The insurer was quoted as saying it had already cut the fees for such products by €380m in the past few years.
The financial sector faces legal actions by investors for charging excessive fees on investment policies in the past. Insurer Delta Lloyd last week agreed a €300m compensation for the holders of such policies.
