Tribunal throws out sex therapy case

A health service disciplinary tribunal has rejected a complaint by a psychiatric patient who claims he was forced to have sex with a therapist as part of his treatment in 1998 and 1999, news agency ANP reports.

The tribunal said the treatment was part of a carefully thought-out academic research programme.
