Rabobank signs up cycle champ Clement
The 25-year-old Dutch cyclist Stef Clement has signed a two year sponsorship deal with Rabobank, reports ANP news service on Friday.
Clement joins the Rabobank team from France’s Bouyges Telecom. The move marks the ‘second phase’ of his career Clement told ANP.
Clement is the reigning Dutch time trials champion and won a bronze medal in the world championships in Stuttgart last year. He is due to ride two races at the upcoming Olympic Games in China.
