Edith Bosch became the fourth Dutch judoka to win a medal after beating Leire Iglesias of Spain to take the bronze in the under-70 kg category.

Bosch won silver at the Athens Olympics in 2004 and the world title in 2005.
But there was disappointment for Mark Huizinga in the under-90 kg class. The 34-year-old, who won medals at the last three Olympics, lost in the second round in Bejing.
A captain in the airforce, Huizinga had already announced his intention to retire after the games.
