Millions of kgs old computers scrapped
Some 43 million kgs of old computers, mobile phones and printers were thrown away in the Netherlands last year, according to Monday’s Trouw.
Much of this is recycled. Computer circuits in particular contain large amounts of valuable copper, gold, silver and palladium.
