Free Record Shop posts a loss

Cd and dvd seller Free Record Shop made a loss of some €800,000 in its 2006/2007 book year, news agency ANP reports on Tuesday.

The company, launched in 1971, is the biggest music seller in the country, and booked profit of €2.7m the previous year.
The company, which also operates Game Mania and Build a Bear outlets, blames increasing competition and computer system delays.
