Dutch spend 12% of income on insurance
The Dutch are currently spending 12.3% of their income on insurance premiums, the second highest level in Europe after the British, reports Wednesday’s Telegraaf.
Consumers and companies spent €64.7bn on health and other insurance premiums last year, compared with €49bn a year earlier according to the Dutch association of insurers, the paper says.
