Unilever sells Bertolli olive oil
Unilever is selling its Bertolli olive oil and vinegar line to Grupo SOS for €630m. Pasta sources, ready meals and margarine will remain in Unilever’s hands.
‘The transaction is part of Unilever’s announced plans to dispose of non-strategic brands with collectively more than €2bn in turnover,’ the company said in a statement.
