Traffic police arrested a man for speeding on the A16 near Breda on Tuesday and discovered he had €68,215.75 in outstanding fines, the Telegraaf reports on Wednesday.

The 59-year-old man, who had broken the speed limit by 27 km per hour, paid that fine immediately. If he does not pay up the rest, he faces 240 days in jail.
