Segregation grows in Amsterdam schools

Some 25% of Amsterdam’s 203 primary schools are too white or too black to reflect the population of the area they are located in, according to city council research.


Some 40% of white children go to a primary school which is further away than three other schools but this is often a Montessori school, the research shows.
