Mora snacks poised to become British

Snack brand Mora, which makes deep-frozen traditional Dutch snacks is poised to be taken over by British investment house Lion Capital, news agency ANP reports on Friday.

Lion Capital is in ‘far-reaching’ talks to take over Mora’s parent Ad van Geloven from current owner Egeria, ANP says. Lion Capital bought the department store chain Hema last year.
