Over 60% of home help organisations are running at a loss and may go bankrupt, sector umbrella group Actiz said on Wednesday, reports NOS tv.

In total, Actiz expects losses to reach €96m this year, compared with €49m in 2007. Since last year, local councils have been responsible for buying in home nursing services, leading to a price war.
