Few drop out of four-day march
A total of 34,962 people completed this year’s Nijmegen four-day march (Vierdaagse), the organisers said on Friday evening, meaning 3,470 failed to complete the event.
The walkers followed a 30, 40 or 50 km route through the Betuwe healthland region every day for four days.
