The Dutch are happiest about their health service and the Americans the least happy, according to a survey of 10 industrialised countries by Harris Interactive.

In the Netherlands, 42% of those polled said the Dutch system works well and needs only minor changes, with only 9% thinking a complete overhaul is needed.
Some 80% of Americans wanted either a complete or fundamental overhaul of their system.
