Justice minister Ernst Hirsch Ballin is to raise the issue of dual nationality for second-generation Dutch Moroccans again during new talks with the Moroccan authorities, the Telegraaf reports on Friday.

Morocco only rarely allows its nationals to ditch their nationality but the Dutch government wants to restrict dual passports as much as possible.
