The smoking ban that comes into force in cafés, bars and restaurants on July 1 will attract tens of thousands of new customers, according to research bureau Nivel.

Many people who have avoided bars for years – such as asthma sufferers – will now return, the organisation says.
Bar owners fear they will lose 5% of their customers.
