The Dutch catering organisation Horeca Nederland has asked the health ministry to clear up a legal anomaly and ban smoking in party and festival tents.

The anti-smoking ban, which comes into effect on July 1, does not apply to tents if one side is entirely open. The organisation says the minister is creating confusion by exempting tents.
