Four houses on Amsterdam’s Vijzelgracht were evacuated on Thursday evening because they were in danger of collapsing, local tv station AT5 reported.
The buildings are close to excavation work for the new Noord-Zuid underground railway, where cracks had been found in a supporting wall.
