House price growth slows again

House prices rose by 2.9% in May, only the third time growth has slowed to below 3% since 1996, according to the national statistics office CBS.


In February the increase was 4.5%. The number of houses changing hands in May totalled almost 14,000, down 20% on a year ago. But the number of apartments sold was up 11%, the CBS said.
