Euro 2008: Oranje moves to Basel

The Dutch football team moved to Basel on Friday morning in preparation for Saturday’s quarter-final against Russia.

The squad is training in the St Jakob Park stadium on Friday evening, to get used to the new pitch. Dutch turf has been imported to replace the old pitch, which had become waterlogged in heavy rain earlier this week.
Some 80,000 Dutch supporters are expected to follow their team to Basel, the Telegraaf reports.
