Secret camera recordings by animal welfare foundation Wakker Dier show 23 out of 53 market stall holders describing battery eggs as free-range.

The foundation also said that on 10 market stalls where real free-range eggs were sold, customers were told the hens could go outside, which is not the case. Markets were visited across the country.
