TV producers win Golden Roses
Dutch TV programme maker Eyeworks and the public broadcaster AVRO both won top awards at the prestigious Golden Rose Festival in Lucerne, Switzerland, on Tuesday night, the Telegraaf reports.
Eyeworks took the Golden Rose for the best entertainment show with Hider in the House, a BBC programme in which children hide a celebrity at home for the weekend.
AVRO’s Golden Rose, for best reality show, went to The Phone, currently broadcast on Nederland 3.
