The cabinet is preparing a bill to regulate patients’ rights NOS tv news reports on Friday. This would be the first time patients’ rights were recorded in a special piece of legislation.

The seven rights include: the right to information about medical mistakes, the right to quality treatment and the right to have a say in treatment, NOS says.
The rules will cover various types of healthcare, including residential nursing.
