Betfair licence ruling delayed two years

British internet betting company Betfair will have to wait two years for the result of its legal action against the Dutch gambling monopoly, news agency ANP said on Wednesday.

The case has been delayed pending the outcome of a European court decision on the affair. Betfair has been refused a licence to operate in the Netherlands because the government has a monopoly on all gambling licences.
