Vedior bosses to benefit from takeover
Three members of the management board at staffing agency Vedior will get million-euro bonuses if the company is taken over by sector peer Randstand, according to the bid book published on Wednesday.
Chairman Tex Gunning stands to gain €1.57m, CFO Frits Vervoort €2.08m and board member Peter Valks €1.85. All three will all leave the company if the takeover goes through.
